I Product Descriptions

Our companys integration sewage treatment equipment adopts the international advanced biological treatment process, on the basis of sum up the lessons of domestic sewage treatment plant design, installation and operation experience, combined with our own scientific research

 and practice to design an integrated sewage treatment plant which can efficiently remove BOD5, COD, NH3N and so forth . The product features technically performance stability, high efficient, low capital, high level of automation, easy access to maintenance and operation, no occupy of earth surface thus with viable planting vegetation and flowers above.  The equipment is without harmful to the vicinal environment. Outlet water can be discharged up to standard or subjected to recycling treatment.

 II Features

1. Mature technology using low-energy consumed method called AOO process (hydrolytic acidification and two-stage aerobic) has nature of output water stability and easy operation and maintenance.

2. The hydrolysis acidification treatment featuring between anaerobic and aerobic treatment ,combined with other process , not only improves efficiency at lower cost, but also makes the anaerobic processing only within short-time costing stages----the first and second stages of anaerobic treatment by turning insoluble organic matters to dissolved matters and macromolecule wiht low degradation to  micromolecule with higher degradation through hydrolysis acidification of  a large number of bacteria so as to improve the biodegradability of wastewater, and lay a good foundation for subsequent processing.

3. The contact oxidation treatment using a plug-flow biological contact oxidation treatment is better effected than complete mixing or 2-stage serial complete mixing contact oxidation method and smaller than the activated sludge. It also has better adaptability of water quality , high resistance to impact, good load performance, stable water output and no sludge expansion. The tank is filled by new flexible three-dimensional media, resulting in large specific surface area, making microorganism easy to stick to and fall off membrane, high rejection rate under the same load of organic maters and increasing dissolved oxygen content in the water.

4. In contact oxidation , volume loading of filler is relatively low; microbial itself is being oxidation and nitrification stages;  relatively low sludge production and supplementary nitrifying bacteria with reflux part of the sludge let spoil disposal be done once  in  only about three months (90 days)  (spoil disposal: suction by dung-cart or dry sludge )

5. The packaged equipment applies fully auto electrical control system and failure alarm system . It operates safely and reliably and without special manual management but only periodical maintenance.
